Orders leave the warehouse within one business day. Tracked delivery to the US, UK and Canada is free and usually takes 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Email us within a couple of hours of ordering and we can usually catch it before it's packed. After that, wait for it to arrive and use the 30-day return instead — it's quicker than trying to intercept a parcel.
Thirty days from delivery, unused and in its original box, for a full refund of the order. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label. The battery and heating element are covered by a 12-month warranty on top of that.
