Cordless heat and massage, made for the days that ask more of you.
Color Pink
Ships in 1 business day · Tracked delivery
Ember is a cordless heat belt built for the days your body asks for softness. Three levels of gentle warmth, three massage modes, and a fit quiet enough to wear under a jumper at your desk.
Charge without unwrapping — the USB-C puck snaps on magnetically, so you can top up at your desk with the belt still on. 104°F, 122°F and 140°F heat settings spread warmth across the whole panel instead of pooling it in one spot. Fits waists from 25" to 43", 3.5mm thin enough to disappear under clothes.
Free shipping to the US, UK and Canada. 30-day returns. 12-month warranty on the battery and heating element.
Shipping. Free to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada on every order, with tracking. Orders placed before 2pm leave the warehouse the next business day and typically arrive in 7–12 business days.
Returns. If Ember isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery — unused and in its original box — and we'll refund the order. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.
Warranty. Twelve months on the battery and heating element from the delivery date. If either fails in normal use, we replace the belt.
Unzip the outer sleeve and machine wash it at 30°C on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Wipe the heating panel with a damp cloth only — never submerge it and never tumble dry any part of the belt.
Ember is a personal warming and massage device, not a medical device. Don't sleep in it, don't use it over broken or irritated skin, and stop using it if the skin under the panel becomes red or uncomfortable. If you are pregnant, have reduced skin sensitivity, a pacemaker or an implanted device, or are being treated for a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

The charge point
Most heated belts put the charging port on the panel, which means unwrapping the whole thing, plugging in, and waiting somewhere near a socket. Ember uses a magnetic puck instead: it snaps onto two contacts on the outside of the panel and pulls away cleanly when you stand up.
You can charge it at a desk while wearing it. You can charge it from a power bank in a coat pocket on the train. And there is no exposed port to collect lint or take a knock.
The fit
The heating panel is 3.5 mm thick with a matte silicone face, so it doesn't grip your clothes or print through a jumper. The strap is a soft recycled-polyester weave that adjusts anywhere from 25" to 43" and stays put when you sit down.
Wear it low across the abdomen, or turn it around for the lower back. There's one button, and it does everything.
The numbers
No vague marketing units. If you want to know whether it fits, how hot it gets, or how long it lasts, it's here.
Battery life is measured at room temperature with a full charge and no massage running. Real-world figures vary with ambient temperature and how often you change settings.
See it in use
Unbox it, wrap it on, find your setting — and what it looks like under a jumper.

Around 6 hours on the lowest warmth setting and roughly 3 hours on the highest, longer again if you use massage on its own. A full charge over USB-C takes about 2 hours, and the magnetic puck means you can charge it without taking it off.
The strap adjusts from 25" to 43" (63–110 cm) at the waist, which covers most people between roughly a UK 6 and a UK 24. If you're outside that range, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.
That's most of what it was designed for. The panel is 3.5 mm thick, the massage motor is quiet enough that people beside you generally won't hear it, and there's no cable — so nothing gives it away under a jumper or a loose shirt.
Ember is CE, UKCA, FCC and RoHS certified, has over-temperature protection, and shuts off automatically after 30 minutes on the highest setting. It is a personal warming device, not a medical device. Don't sleep in it or use it over broken skin, and if you're pregnant, have reduced skin sensitivity, a pacemaker or an implanted device, or are being treated for a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
